A. According to the Busan District Court Decision 2016Kadan691222, the Plaintiff has a claim for “120,013,698 won and damages for delay of KRW 100,00,000 among them” (hereinafter “the claim for judgment of this case”).

On the other hand, on December 9, 2015, the Defendant entered into a contract on construction works (hereinafter “instant contract on construction works”) under which the Defendant entered into a contract on the construction works with the Round on a DNA model (hereinafter “instant construction works”) located in Taehae-si C (hereinafter “instant construction works”) with the content as follows.

The scheduled date of completion: The construction cost on January 15, 2016: KRW 700 million (excluding value-added tax); the amount of KRW 200 million (excluding value-added tax); and the amount of KRW 500 million (excluding value-added tax) shall be paid when 50 percent is achieved; the scope of business affairs of the contractor (Article 42(3)): All business affairs necessary for the establishment and commencement of business of the Housing Public Relations Center, such as the appearance of the Housing Public Relations Center, the interior, the interior, the construction of the sample houses of KRW 84 and 59, and all business affairs related to display, including all the affairs necessary for the construction and commencement of business of the Housing Public Relations Center, such as various sponses, etc.;
