Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

According to the corporate register of the Co., Ltd. which has its head office in Kimhae-si, the defendant is not a "Ggu Dong-gu," but a "Ginhae-si B," and it is changed as stated in the judgment.

It is a person who actually operates the Institute of Bankruptcy, which has its head office in Kimhae-si B.
