Reasons
1. The reasons for this judgment of the court of first instance are as follows: (a) except for the modification of “the injury and disease of this case” to “the injury and disease of this case” in Chapter 4 of the judgment of the court of first instance as “the injury and disease of this case”.
Therefore, it shall be quoted in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed for lack of reasonable grounds.
The decision of the first instance court with the same conclusion is justifiable, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is groundless.
