Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:30 on February 1, 2014, the Defendant driven a CHaban car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.210% in the section of approximately 2km from the distance of the article located in the line of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front of the house of the members of Ansan-si, Nowon-ro 2-ro 24 Gao-ro, Ansan-si.
