Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on November 29, 2013, and the judgment was finalized on January 29, 2014. On September 6, 2012, the Defendants were sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for each one year of imprisonment for fraud in the Incheon District Court’s Vice Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court on September 6, 2012. The judgment became final and conclusive on January 23, 2014.

Defendant

A is the representative director of F Co., Ltd., and Defendant B is the husband of Defendant A who operated F Co., Ltd. with the above husband.

On May 208, the Defendants conspired and ordered G, a vice-chairperson of the above company, and H, a director of the company, to raise funds for the construction of new I Hospital in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City.

However, in the case of the above construction site, the construction has already been suspended after March 2008 due to the shortage of funds, and there was no specific plan to loan after the completion of the pelwing construction. Since there was no specific method of financing thereafter, even if the victims received investment funds from the victims, there was no ability or intent to pay profits by receiving the loan after the completion of the pelwing construction and returning the investment funds and completing the construction.
