Defendants shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, only 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, from around 2001 to July 201, from the end of 2012, managed the accounting affairs, such as the management of the donation of the H church located in Dong and the expenditure of various expenses. Defendant B, as the husband of Defendant A from around 2006 to July 201, performed the accounting affairs, including the management of the donation of the above church and the disbursement of various expenses.

On June 16, 2006, the Defendants opened the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: I) in the name of Defendant A, and opened the said church’s contribution revenues to deposit them into the said Agricultural Cooperative Account, and conspired to use them for personal purposes.

1. On June 13, 2007, the Defendants embezzled the said Nonghyup Account for the said church by withdrawing KRW 40 million from the said Nonghyup Account at the Nonghyup Accounting Point located in Incheon Gyeyang-gu around June 13, 2007, and remitting KRW 40 million from the Defendants to K, a lessee of the building J owned by the Defendants, under the name of the JJ’s return of the deposit money to K.

2. The Defendants, on July 13, 2007, engaged in the business embezzlement of the said Nonghyup Account for the said church. On July 13, 2007, the Defendants withdrawn KRW 30 million from the said Nonghyup Account at the NA branch office located in Geumsan-gun, Geumsan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and embezzled the said account by remitting KRW 5 million to Defendant B, and to Defendant B’s Cho Jong-gun, Cho Jong-gun, who is the punishment of Defendant B, KRW 25 million.

3. On March 4, 2008, the Defendants, while managing the said Agricultural Cooperative Account for its business purposes, withdrawn KRW 1 million from the said Agricultural Cooperative Account at the Nongpo-ro 34 around March 4, 2008 and embezzled it by remitting KRW 1 million to Defendant B, a convict of Defendant B.

4. The Defendants, on June 30, 2008, engaged in occupational embezzlement of the said Nonghyup Account for the said church while managing the said Nonghyup Account for the said church, agricultural cooperatives located on June 30, 2008, non-frequency 34, non-frequency 34.
