1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) indicated the attached Form 2 among the lands listed in the attached Table 1 List 1 List on the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

1. Basic facts

A. On November 7, 1992, the Defendant purchased 884 square meters prior to C in Jeju-si prior to subdivision (hereinafter “C land prior to subdivision”) from B and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 11, 1992.

B. Before subdivision, C’s land became 831 square meters in Jeju-si (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) at the time after subdivision, merger, and land category change.

C. Around November 7, 192, the Defendant purchased the land before subdivision, the Defendant’s boundary mark was flicked on the line line that connects each point of the attached Table 2 drawings Nos. 3, 2, 1, 19, 19, 18, and 17 (hereinafter “instant boundary line”). D.

B owned D forest land No. 1103 square meters in Jeju-si prior to the subdivision adjacent to the south side of the Defendant’s land. On September 29, 1999, B completed the registration of ownership transfer to the Plaintiff (the trade name was changed to El designated distribution corporation at the time, and the trade name was changed to the Plaintiff on September 30, 1998) and thereafter, the said land became a 582 square meters in lots in Jeju-si (hereinafter “instant land”).

Like the same, the ownership of “F” was owned in Jeju-si prior to the subdivision adjacent to the south side of the Defendant’s land. The F completed the registration of ownership transfer to the Plaintiff on September 29, 1999, and thereafter the said land became the E-based land of Jeju-si 982 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

E. After acquiring the ownership of the land Nos. 1 and 2 of this case, the Plaintiff installed a steel network on the boundary of this case, but around 205, the Plaintiff removed the stone fence and the steel network and installed a boundary fence with a height of about 2 meters.

F. Meanwhile, around 193, the Defendant newly constructed approximately 50 square meters in storage of the steel framed structure framed roof on the ground of 34 square meters on the part of the Defendant’s land, Jeju-si G land, and the part of the instant land No. 1, which connected each point of 5 through 12, and 5 square meters in sequence among the land No. 1 in this case (hereinafter “the above part of the ground”).
