A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 1, 2012 to January 6, 2014, the Defendant is a person who had attempted to engage in refined land wholesale business by the victim C in the “D” in the operation of the victim C located in B shooting distance in Gyeonggi-si.

In the above “D”, the Defendant had been engaged in the business of introducing customers and receiving allowances from the victim. The method is that the Defendant provided livestock products in the capital of the victim when the Defendant arranged the customer. The Defendant deposited the goods of each customer into the account designated by the victim by collecting the goods from each customer, and the victim paid part of the goods to the Defendant at the end of each month.

As above, while assisting the victim's emotional wholesale business, the Defendant received money from the customer to transfer money to the designated account of the victim to the Defendant's personal account, and used it to repay his/her personal debts, living expenses, etc. From December 1, 2012 to January 6, 2014, the Defendant supplied and collected goods from the victim's personal account to the "Semanmanman Marart" located in the place of the Gyeonggi-do business, which is the customer, to the 7,371,252 won, the price of goods supplied and collected to the "Semanmart" located in the same city, 4,500,00 won, and the price of goods supplied and collected to the "Semanmang Keak" located in the same city, 2,522,372 won, and 1,400,500 won, 1,500 won, and 1,5050 won, 2507 won, and 4507 won, 507 won, etc.
