Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2013, at around 07:35, the Defendant driven a Bpp-car car volume while under the influence of alcohol 0.159% in blood alcohol concentration from the front of the Changcheon-dong Hyundai department store in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul to the 79th day of the same Gu.
