The punishment of the accused shall be set forth in six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:40 on April 28, 2015, the Defendant driven a eba-car without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 200 meters up to the front road of the D office located in C at the same time on the lower road of the 1510-7 Hasan-si, a hot spring in Asan City.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”) driven the said car at the time of the day set forth in paragraph 1, and proceeded to the direction of the G road in front of Asan City F, from the direction of the solar spring station

In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle while keeping the right and the left well.

Nevertheless, the defendant caused this to be driven by the driver without the driver's license and caused the driver's license to shock the shoulder part of the victim H (the age of 17) coming from the left side of the driving direction of the vehicle by the driver's negligence on the left side of the vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant caused the above occupational negligence to a shoulder string that requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim.

3. In order to conceal the fact of violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents before the D Office located in Asan City at around 20:00 on the same day despite the occurrence of a traffic accident while driving a vehicle as described in paragraph 2, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant: (b) the Defendant: (c) stated that the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (d) stated that the Defendant was able to conceal the fact of violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents before the D Office located in Asan City at around 20:0 on the same day; (b) stated that the Defendant

Therefore, the Defendant, at around April 28, 2015, made it a false statement that I would drive the said vehicle at the Green Zone of the Asan Police Station located at 3-1, 258, Asan City, as an Asan City citizen, around April 28, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant is subject to a fine or heavier punishment.
