Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2019 High Court 65" is an employee of C(P) who is a service company B, and the victim D(n, 41) is an employee of B security team at the first day of the occurrence of the case.

On December 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 07:55 on December 9, 2018, the Defendant: (b) reported the victim’s internal patrol inside a place of business; (c) followed the victim, and (d) carried the victim’s left shoulder and shoulder on his own left part, thereby committing indecent act by force.

The Defendant asserted that the CD images, in which the CD pictures were recorded, were arbitrarily fabricated, but according to the results of appraisal by the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office of Justice’s legal scientific analysis, it is confirmed that the above images were not exposed to artificial manipulation, such as editing and deletion.
