1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,921,340 and the interest rate thereon from June 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. From August 1, 2008 to April 29, 2012, the Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant Company B (hereinafter “instant company”) and retired from office. The Plaintiff was not paid the total of KRW 69,478,50, and the total of KRW 1,442,840, and the total of KRW 70,921,340.
On the other hand, on March 19, 2015, Defendant C, the representative of the above company, drafted a written agreement that he/she would pay the said unpaid amount to the Plaintiff by June 20, 2015.
