In full view of the following facts: (a) the Defendant committed the same offense during the period of repeated crime; (b) the Defendant did not seem to have committed the same offense; (c) the Defendant committed the same offense during the original trial; and (d) the Defendant was sentenced several times as the same offense; and (c) the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, motive and circumstances of the offense; and (d) various sentencing conditions as indicated in the instant records and arguments, including the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, motive and circumstances after the commission of the offense; and (c) the lower court’s imprisonment (eight months) is too unreasonable and thus, the Defendant’s appeal (unfair punishment)
