A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim B (n, 35 years of age) and the right of the victim for about two months and the right of the victim.

2. A special intimidation: around July 17, 2017, the Defendant discovered the victim’s unloading from the vehicle near the said victim’s house, and confirmed the victim’s departure from the vehicle again.

However, the victim refused it and reported to the police.
