Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2018, the Defendant, at Mart located in Yangyang-gun C around 10:20 on March 8, 2018, committed assault, such as: (a) the Defendant: (b) the Defendant used the victim E (58 knife) to run a dispute with the victim, and (c) the Defendant used the victim’s knife at one time with the left hand, and (d) attempted to knife the part of the victim’s knife due to the knife hand.
