1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

A 600,000 won shall be additionally collected.

2. The defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are not narcotics handlers, and shall not sell, sell, or meine clopon (the copon copon copon copon copon copon copon hereinafter referred to as “copon copon copon copon”).

1. Defendant A

A. On January 2017, the Defendant sold the building of a trade name in the vicinity of 03:00 square meters around B in order to bring about 0.1g of the penphone 0.1g, which was transferred 150,000 won from B, and stored in the mail at the same time.

B. On March 2017, the Defendant sold 0.4g of philophone 0.4g, which was transferred KRW 4.50,000 from B to 4.50,000, and was inserted in the rice Luxembourg market string in the middle of 03:00.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant transferred 150,000 won to A at the date, time, and place described in paragraph 1(a) and brought about 0.1g of philophones contained in the mail.

B. The Defendant administered the Defendant’s car parked in E adjacent E in libera Group D at the border of the day indicated in paragraph 2(a) by mixing 0.05g philopon with coffee.

The Defendant transferred 450,00 won to A at the time, time, and place described in paragraph 1(b), and brought about 0.4g of philophones contained in the rice Luxembourg market string.

(d)

The Defendant administered the 0.05g philophones by mixing them with coffee at the residence located in Gu-Si G Stud 206 at the time of the day set forth in paragraph 2(c) of this Article.

E. On May 18, 2017, around 21:16, the Defendant: (a) transferred the price of KRW 4.50,000 to A from the 1st floor toilet of the Gu-U.S., Si-si; and (b) brought about 0.45g of philophones sealed below the three pages.

F. On May 19, 2017, the Defendant administered at around 03:00 the residence indicated in paragraph (d) of No. 2 at around 03:0 by mixing 0.05 grams with coffee.

G. The Defendant, on May 29, 2017, at around 03:00, at the residence indicated in paragraph (d) of No. 2 at around 03:00, and at the 0.05g gramphones.
