Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 4949"
1. No person who intends to receive or promise to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons, shall engage in sexual traffic, arrange sexual traffic, etc., or arrange sexual traffic;
Nevertheless, around 17:30 on June 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) leased a 11132 room in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo F Building; (b) placed an advertisement of commercial sex acts in the name of “H” in the Internet sex trafficking advertising site “G,” etc.; and (c) received KRW 170,000 from C, which reported the commercial sex acts; and (d) made the sex trafficking women B engage in sexual intercourse, thereby engaging in commercial sex acts.
2. Defendant B received 170,000 won from Defendant B, a male guest, who was found to have been by around 17:30 on June 12, 2018, from Defendant B, to receive 1.70,000 won for sexual traffic, and 50,000 won was paid to said A, and had the remainder of 1.20,00 won, and engaged in sexual intercourse with C.
3. Defendant C around June 12, 2018, around 17:30, the Defendant paid 170,000 won to the above-mentioned B, a female sexual traffic, and carried out sexual intercourse by paying 170,000 won for sexual intercourse.
From July 1, 2018 to July 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) leased Itel 922 from around July 1, 2018 to around July 6, 2018, operated a sexual traffic business establishment; (b) reported Internet commercial sex acts by himself/herself; and (c) provided two female employees, including K (V, 24 years of age), who were paid 170,000 won to unspecified male customers, and provided sexual intercourse with the said male customers.
