A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Fraud) at the Seoul Central District Court on December 12, 2008, and on January 20, 2010, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for a crime of fraud on January 20, 201 and was released on June 28, 2013 during the execution of the sentence and the parole period expired on December 7, 2013.

On June 2015, the Defendant, along with C and a person without a name and address, entered only the name and address of the owner of the real estate in the former real estate register, but also omitted the owner’s resident registration number, and forged the abstract of resident registration card to coincide with the address of the owner recorded in the register, and subsequently made an application for change of the registered titleholder to change the address of the person with a name and address to the address of the person with a name and applied for change of the registered titleholder, the Defendant, as well as C and the person with a name and address, made the ownership of the real estate to use the loan by taking the loan as collateral. The Defendant confirmed that only stated “A and Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government” in the “U” and the “A” and the Defendant, upon entering the name and address of the person with a name and address as “A” and, upon applying for change of the registered titleholder, filed an application for change of the name and address of the forest.

According to the above public offering, the Defendant: (a) applied for the name of the Defendant from “G” to “A” on September 2015, 2015; and (b) applied for the change of the name of the Defendant to “A” at the office south of the Chungcheongbuk-gun; and (c) the address of A entered in the forest land register in “A” and the address of the Defendant.
