A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 28, 2016, the Defendant was demanded that a police officer, while driving a CM3 vehicle while driving the vehicle at around 22:23, 2016, was making a stop for the purpose of measuring drinking alcohol, while driving the vehicle on the road from the 14-lane cultural dong of Changwon-si to the river bridge.

Therefore, the Defendant, at the same time, threatened the Defendant with the slope E and slope F, demanding a stop in front of the Defendant’s vehicle when driving the vehicle in front of the so-called the vehicle in front of the so-called the so-called “Samamamamaesan Police Station,” which is a dangerous object, driving the vehicle in front of the so-called “Saeung apartment,” without complying with the police officer’s demand for stopping, and received another vehicle parked at the same time.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Measures Taken after Accidents) (hereinafter referred to as the "Road Traffic Act") by the Defendant’s negligence, as soon as possible and at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, had the said SM5 vehicle take the front part of the Gststing passenger vehicle’s right side side side of the said SM5 vehicle and the H Hasting passenger vehicle’s right side side side of the said Hasting passenger vehicle parked at the lower part of the said SM5 vehicle, which led to the said Hasting passenger vehicle being pushed back, thereby getting the front part of the Ithing passenger vehicle, and then getting the said Hasting passenger vehicle to take the front part of the Hasting passenger vehicle, so that the said Hasting passenger vehicle will take 900,083 won for repairing the said Hasting passenger vehicle, 205,08 won for repairing the said Hasting passenger vehicle, and 207,28,000 won for the said Hasting passenger vehicle without any necessary measures.
