A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant who interfered with the performance of official duties was employed in a singing room located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around May 28, 2015 by the Defendant at around 22:50
