Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The crime committed on August 13, 2014;

A. On August 13, 2014, around 17:13, the Defendant posted a statement on the part of the Defendant’s house, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu B apartment 2, 213, on the part of the Defendant, stating that the Victim C had contact with the Defendant’s husband, but did not have contact, and that the Defendant had contact with the Defendant’s cell phone, and posted the victim’s cell phone with the Defendant’s cell phone to “Sakaotom Hakdol Don Don Dondon Dondon Don Dondon Dondon Don

B. On August 13, 2014, the Defendant posted a false statement on the victim’s Kakao Ri, “Iskman’s life in the middle of the middle of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the third half of the year.”

2. On August 14, 2014, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s office around 12:03, around August 14, 2014, posted a false statement on the victim’s Kakaoto Ri, stating “Sari, the detailed trip for the U-Namn Sea is cut off, or that it is said, that there was no fact that the victim had taken a trip in detail with the Defendant’s husband, thereby impairing the victim’s reputation by posting six times a false statement on the victim’s Kaotooto Ri.”

Accordingly, with a view to slandering, the Defendant, through an information and communications network, disclosed the aforementioned facts to the public or disclosed false information, thereby impairing the reputation of the victim.
