A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant thought that the victim D(the age of 60) was the father of the defendant, the father of the defendant, and had a good appraisal for the victim.

3. On August 6, 2011, around 11:30, the Defendant damaged the said car by shouldering it by means of unloading the back glass of the said SM3 vehicle owned by the victim, which was parked on the road due to the lush SM3 vehicle, on the ground of paragraph (2) and on the ground of the same reasoning, around August 6, 201, the Defendant damaged the said car in a way that the amount equivalent to KRW 1,060,886.

4. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint confinement) and the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint confinement) on August 6, 201, the Defendant was on the roads near the sloping apartment road around the sloping apartment road around August 12, 201, and on the grounds of paragraph (2), when the head of the victim was scambling with his/her hand and was scambling with his/her hair and hand, and was on board the victim’s head on the E-Wz car, and the Defendant also posted the victim on the said car.
