1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) Plaintiff A is the spouse of the deceased D (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B and C are the legal successors of the deceased, as their children.
(2) On May 3, 2010, the Deceased concluded an insurance contract with the Defendant as the insured as the principal (hereinafter “the instant insurance contract”).
From May 3, 2010 to May 3, 2065, the content of the insurance coverage coverage covered by the insurance contract of this case is as follows: (a) Injury death insurance (one hundred years of age) KRW 50,000,000 (eight0 years of age) and death insurance (eight0 years of age) 50,000,000 (3).
Article 2 of the Special Terms and Conditions for Injury and Death of the Aged (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary when any of the following causes occurs to the insured:
1. An injury inflicted on a person due to an accident that happens during the insurance period of an injury during the insurance period, or an accident that happens rapidly and rapidly, and hereinafter referred to as "injury");
If the insured dies as a direct result (except for death caused by disease) and as a result, he/she shall pay the amount of the insurance coverage of the special terms and conditions indicated in the insurance policy to the beneficiary (the heir of the insured if the beneficiary is not designated) with the death insurance proceeds. (b) The deceased’s death (the deceased shall be disputing with the Plaintiff A on February 1, 2016) and went missing after going through his/her home on February 14, 2016.
