A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On November 13, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of 1,500,000 won of a fine for a crime of violating road traffic laws in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on November 13, 2008, and filed a summary order with the Jeonju District Court on April 6, 2016 as a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking) and is currently pending trial.

【Criminal facts” From April 1, 2016 to July 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under suspension of a driver’s license for 100 days; (b) but (c) was under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.076% from the blood alcohol level from the front parking area of the 200 meters to the front road of the Republic of Korea located in the same building on April 26, 2016, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.076% from the blood alcohol level of about 200 meters.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated two times the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license.
