A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) and the Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act are those engaged in driving a BK5 vehicle, and the Defendant was at around 04:05 on August 3, 2020, when driving the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.124% in blood, and driving the said vehicle in the direction of getting off the intersection of the ero-erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogs in the direction of getting off the intersection of the erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic erogic ero

2. On August 3, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 04:05 on August 3, 202, 200, driven BK-5 cars from the 10-km section to the eromatic ero-Gun, from the road front of H main points located in G in G in a ero-Gun, to the ero-Gun, in a state of alcohol concentration of 0.124%.
