A. Defendant A is 36,468,384 won and 10,55.

1. The assertion and judgment

A. The plaintiff's assertion is identical to the "the changed cause of claim" as stated in the separate sheet, and it can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account each description of Gap's evidence 1 through 4 (including paper numbers) and the whole purport of oral argument.

B. As to this, the Defendants asserted that the report of inheritance limited acceptance was accepted, the Defendants did not dispute the fact that the said report was accepted on December 11, 2003 by filing a report of qualified acceptance with the Changwon District Court 2003Ra834.

Therefore, the defendants are liable only within the scope of property inherited from the network D.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
