A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

10,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

1. 필로폰 매매 피고인은 위챗을 통해 알게 된 ‘B’ 이라는 마약류 판매상으로부터 필로폰을 구입하기로 하고, 대금 10만 원을 환전 소를 통해 이체를 한 후, 2020. 10. 1. 20:00 경 서울 관악구 C에 있는 D 역 부근 건물 앞에서 위 ‘B’ 이 놓아둔 필로폰 약 0.3g 을 찾아가는 방법으로 필로폰을 매매하였다.
