Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2,500,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch branch branch on August 31, 2007, and a fine of 3,500,000 won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch on June 26, 2015 and violated the prohibition regulations on driving under the influence of alcohol at least twice.

At around 07:30 on December 20, 2015, the Defendant driven B automobiles with a alcohol level of 0.076% at around 07:0 without a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, and driven B motor vehicles at approximately 10 kilometers from the Do of Busan Shipping Daegu to the LG U located in the Dong of Busan Sea-gu, Busan.
