A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On April 25, 2013, the injured party D: (a) had a mind to commit an indecent act against female students returning home at the latest time; (b) had discovered the victim D (here, 16 years of age) who returned home from the Fway in Suwon-si E in Suwon-si, Suwon-si at around 01:08 on the same day; and (c) had 500 meters away at a certain distance.

On April 25, 2013, at around 01:13, the Defendant: (a) 01:13, when a house located in Suwon-si G, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, left the victim’s alley, kids his son by leaving the son’s son’s son’s son, and led the victim to a four-dimensional place; (b) the victim saw his son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son, and her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’

B. On May 25, 2013, the Defendant colored female students who were sexually indecent on May 25, 2013, and discovered the victim H (here, 15 years of age) who were married home from the flusium flusium e in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si on May 25, 2013 and went away at a certain distance of about 500 meters.

On May 25, 2013, at around 07:04, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim, who is a child or juvenile, by leaving the victim back to the alleyway on the alleyway, and raising the victim’s chest in both hands.

2. The injured Defendant attempted to flee after committing the crimes set forth in paragraph 1(b). However, on May 25, 2013, at around 07:06, the house located in Suwon-gu Suwon-si K on May 25, 2013, where the victim H (n, 15 years of age) continued to drive away, is walking along the direction of the victim’s right-hand bridge from the alleyway.
