1. The plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed.
2. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, against the defendant 1, 2-free fisheries cooperatives.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On February 20, 2013, the Plaintiffs entered into an exchange contract with Defendant E to enter into an exchange agreement with the Plaintiff on 1665/660 of shares of 13.2 square meters in Busan-gu Plue P, Busan-gu P, and with the Plaintiff’s 1/2 of the 26.45 square meters of shares of 16.45 square meters of shares, and 1/2 of the 26.45 square meters of shares in Qgu, 127.6 square meters of shares, 319/1276 of shares among the 17.6 square meters of shares, and 1/2 of the 17810 square meters of shares, 26.45 square meters of shares, 3.45 square meters of shares, 1/66 square meters of shares, 1/200 of shares, 3.45 square meters of shares, and 1/660 square meters of shares, 26.45 square meters of shares, and 1.
2) On the same day, the Plaintiffs entered into an agreement with Defendant C to exchange the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1, the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 owned by Plaintiff A, and each of the above real estate owned by the Defendant E, located on ten lots, including the O large 389 square meters, located in Dong-si, Dong-si, Defendant C owned by the Defendant C (hereinafter “the instant pen”). The Plaintiffs entered into an agreement to exchange with each other (hereinafter “the instant two exchange agreement”), and if they comply with the first exchange agreement, “the instant exchange agreement”.
B. On March 6, 2013, Defendant E completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the instant real estate owned by Defendant E at the request of the Plaintiffs, around March 6, 2013. (2) On March 7, 2013, Plaintiff B completed the registration of ownership transfer claim based on the pre-sale agreement with Defendant C regarding the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table.
3. On March 22, 2013, Plaintiff A completed the registration of ownership transfer to Defendant D at the request of Defendant C with respect to the real estate listed in attached Form 2, and thereafter Defendant E and F are subject to the registration of ownership transfer in sequence.
