Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall, when he/she intends to make a left-hand turn, cross-way, drive a U-turn, drive a slowly, stop a motor vehicle, drive the motor vehicle in the same direction, or change course while driving the motor vehicle in the same direction, give a signal with his/her hand, direction gear or light until such act is completed

On March 15, 2017, at around 10:44, the Defendant, as the driver of the cargo vehicle B, changed the two lanes in front of the Jinyang apartment located in the Southern-dong of Busan, Suwon-dong from the same Gu, to the same one-lane, but did not make a signal by hand, direction or light until the act is completed.
