Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2012, 19:45, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of the Government of the Republic of Korea, at the D Zone E, a police station affiliated with the Gu Police Station, expressed the victim E, a police officer, who wants to board the patrol vehicle to issue a request for a summary judgment to the Defendant who was under the influence of alcohol; (b) assaulted the Defendant by a method of shouldering his left left arms, thereby obstructing the Defendant’s legitimate execution of duties concerning criminal investigation and maintenance of order.
