1. The Defendants jointly receive each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 from the Plaintiffs, and the separate sheet No. 2.

Basic Facts

The Defendants were divided into real estate indicated in the attached list 1 (AB 4,00 square meters, A2,00 square meters of A2,00 square meters of A. 47,703 square meters and Y7,702 square meters of forest in Gwangju City at the time of June 30, 2004, and then divided into as indicated in the attached list 1 [Attachment] X-7,703 square meters of forest in Gwangju City (per 43,383 square meters) and AA 4,320 square meters of forest land. 4,320 square meters of AB 4,412 square meters, and 4,000 square meters of AB 2,000 square meters of forest and field (per 36,000 square meters of forest and forest land) and 14,000 square meters of forest and forest land (per 46,000 square meters of forest and forest land) and 14,000 square meters of forest and forest land).

The Plaintiffs have purchased each of the above lands from the Defendants in order to establish the Z Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Z Association”) and change the form and quality of each of the instant lands into the site, and to construct neighborhood living facilities upon obtaining a building permit on the ground.

(1) The Plaintiffs concluded a sales contract and a modified contract on each of the instant land on June 30, 2004 with the Defendants on June 30, 2004, where some of the members of the instant association changed as seen below, but for convenience, the Plaintiffs entered into the following sales contract with the Defendants:
