A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2017, the criminal defendant against the victim B calls the victim B at the apartment house of the defendant's residential area in North Korea or at C elementary school located in North Korea at the end of the end of September, 2017 and has been studying in Japan with the proceeds of 10 years. Nevertheless, on October 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 7 million from the Defendant’s husband D’s E-Union account (F) around October 12, 2017; and (c) by deceiving the victim through the same method 18 times from September 19, 2018; and (d) obtained a total of KRW 98,364,000 from the victim to the victim’s husband; and (c) acquired it by deception.

2. On October 18, 2018, the criminal defendant against the victim G is going through a cell phone and text message to the victim G in the same place as the above paragraph (1) around October 18, 2018.
