1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of six million won;

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2014, at around 10:30, the Defendant driven BranxG car with approximately KRW 50m alcohol content 0.207% while under the influence of alcohol from around the BranxG restaurant to the road before the mother bus restaurant located in the Sincheon-si, Sincheon-si.
