2. On April 22, 2016, the criminal defendant against the victim F told the victim F to sell a mobile phone on the face of the supply of the mobile phone to the victim F, “A mobile phone will be sold on the face of a mobile phone because there is no alone mobile phone agency trading.”

However, even if the defendant was provided with a mobile phone from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to sell the mobile phone because he thought to provide it as security to the bonder.

On April 23, 2016, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim the amount equivalent to KRW 1,045,00 in the fourth market price, such as LG-T480K, and the amount equivalent to KRW 25,30 in the core chip 4,00. On April 23, 2016, the Defendant received from the victim the mobile phone and the core chip equivalent to KRW 1,915,100 in the core chip amounting to KRW 1,915,10 in the core chip and the core chip amounting to KRW 7 (SM-G930S-64G).
