Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On May 29, 2017, A was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution on September 8, 2017 by the Busan District Court for interference with business affairs, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 8, 2017.

Defendant

A is the director of corporation E who holds approximately 70% of the shares in the Busan Dongdong-gu D shop, and Defendant B is the relative of Defendant A.

1. Defendant A tried to steal electric power distribution board parts installed on the wall of the second floor stairs in order to prevent the victim F from running a business on the second floor with the knowledge of the fact that the victim F is running a business on the D shop.

On January 16, 2017, at around 06:00, the Defendant removed the electric power distribution cover device installed on the wall of the second floor of D commercial building, and cut off the electric power distribution board, which was installed on the wall of the stairs of D commercial building, and was in possession of the electric power distribution part in the market price at the market price.

2. Defendant A and Defendant B requested for assistance from the Defendant B while there was a dispute between the victim and the victim due to the share of the building.

After that, Defendant A locked the 1st floor door door of the building so that customers who find the victim and the second floor of the building do not enter the building at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and cut electricity by cutting electric power distribution parts as stated in paragraph 1, and Defendant B prevented the victim and the second floor visitors who find the second floor from entering the building.
