Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below’s determination that all of the facts charged of this case (excluding the part not guilty in the original trial) is guilty is just and acceptable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there are no errors in violation of the rules of logic and experience and the free evaluation of evidence, or in law application.
