1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B and C shall jointly and severally pay KRW 23,557,377 as well as the full payment amount from November 11, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant B, C, and Defendant D, and E are married, and Defendant B and E are siblings.
B. The Plaintiff from June 1, 2012 to Defendant B
7. up to September 1, 200,000 won was lent to Defendant B and each borrowed certificate was prepared and delivered by Defendant B.
C. The Plaintiff: (a) KRW 650,00,000 on October 24, 2012; (b) KRW 100,000 on October 25, 100; and (c) KRW 750,00 on February 9, 2013;

8. 27.750,000 won, and 1.5 million won on March 12, 2014 were paid.
The Plaintiff, with Defendant B and C as “joint borrower,” was issued and delivered a certificate of borrowing on October 24, 2013, stating that the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 50 million as interest rate of KRW 1.5% per month and as of March 31, 2015.
E. Around December 2014, the Plaintiff, as a broker of Defendant B, leased to Defendant D the amount of KRW 10 million, monthly rent, KRW 300,00,00 for Boan City F (G) housing and dry field 20,000, at KRW 10,000,000.
F. On May 20, 2015, the Plaintiff sold to Defendant E a parcel of land and buildings, other than G 395 square meters, for KRW 1 billion in the price, under the sales contract as of May 12, 2015, but the Plaintiff sold to Defendant E a parcel of land and buildings, other than G 395 square meters, for KRW 1 billion in the first intermediate payment when entering into a contract.

G. The Plaintiff: (a) KRW 200 million on May 20, 2015, pursuant to the above sales contract from Defendant E; (b)

Upon receiving KRW 100 million from the first intermediate payment, the second intermediate payment of KRW 20 million on March 2, 12, 12.24, KRW 20 million on December 24, 12, and KRW 10 million on December 31, 12. On January 5, 2016, Defendant E urged Defendant E to pay the remainder by means of content-certified mail, and demanded Defendant B to pay the remainder in lieu of the said loan agreement.
H. The Plaintiff, from Defendant E, as the remainder of the second intermediate payment, KRW 20 million on February 5, 2016;
3.8.25 million won;
3. 10,000 won was received.
I. The Plaintiff was on May 10, 2016 to Defendant D.
