around 15:40 on April 5, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a car with C highest 100 meters of approximately 100 meters from the regular law school parking lot located in the Yan-gun, Gyeongpo-gun, Gyeongpo-gun, Gyeongpo-gun, Gyeongpo-do, to the roads in front of the 000 rest area.
