The sentence of sentence shall be suspended for the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 1998, the Defendant came to know of the fact that the Defendant filed a judicial divorce claim against the Defendant who did not respond to the request for divorce with the victim from February 2, 2013 when the Defendant was living separately from the victim due to frequent verbal abuse and assault by the Defendant.

At around 01:10 on March 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) confirmed the fact that the victim filed a claim for judicial divorce against the Defendant; (b) held the kitchen, which is a dangerous object, in hand, the victim, and held the victim at the seat of the Defendant; and (c) continued to the Defendant, by putting the victim out of the place of damage, putting the victim out of the place of damage, putting him/her away from the place of damage, and putting him/her back him/her at a small room, and then she gets him/her away from the place of damage, and then she gets him/her at his/her hand, and said, “to throw him/her away from the body of the victim.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and expressed his attitude that seems to inflict any harm on the victim's body, and threatened the victim.
