A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[Criminal record] On December 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court (Seoul Eastern District Court), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 26, 2015.

B. On September 27, 2012, the Defendant, at the same location as the above paragraph (a) of this Article, indicated “10 Dong-dong 1003, 100,000, and KRW 100,000,00,00,000 at the location of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government,” “Temporary KRW 109,00,00,00,000,” “Lease,” “E,” “Lessee,” “H,” and affixed an E seal prepared in advance to the name of E.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant prepared two copies of the real estate lease contract, which is a private document on rights and obligations, using the qualification of agent of the above E.

2. The Defendant, at each time and at each place of paragraphs (a) and (b) above, exercised a NA as if he was aware of the fact that the two chapter of the real estate lease agreement drawn up was duly formed.
