Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who operates a “B” shall not distribute, provide for the use, exhibit, or keep game products, the contents of which are different from those of the game products rated by the Game Rating Board.

Nevertheless, from March 20, 2014 to April 20 to April 40, 2014, the Defendant inserted the game program of “physical posters” which exchanged KRW 2,000 won per 10 points to provide customers who find the above party hall by inserting the game program and providing them for the use of customers who find the above party hall. The Defendant: (a) provided that the game of “boom”, which was rated by the Game Rating Board, and the game of “didy fishing96,” which is a game of the camping-gu game, are subject to the arrangement of the picture or number; and (b) requested customers to exchange accumulated points.

The sentence shall be determined in light of various circumstances, including the reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, the period of crime, gains, the same criminal records, and the fact that there are no criminal records of the same kind and the suspension of execution.
