A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) arrested the victim G (51 years of age) who was the police officer belonging to the Maritime Police Station, who was dispatched after receiving 112 report due to the act of assaulting the part of his left head at one time, in around 04:10 on March 11, 201, at the central plaza of the Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, 2:33, the Defendant: (b) discovered the flagrant offender under the above suspicion; (c) dembling the face of G; (d) dembling the Defendant into the face of G; and (e) continuously arrested the flagrant offender at the police station located in the Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu, Busan Metropolitan City, about 04:23 on the same day; and (e) tried to process the 12 times of the report due to the act of assaulting at one time.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the police officer's legitimate 112 reporting processing work, and at the same time, caused the victim G with a double wall which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
