1. Larceny;

A. On August 8, 2013, at around 23:46, the Defendant: (a) entered the above room room room room room, which is a female’s residence, depending on the victim E, the Defendant: (b) taken a studio room room, which is a female’s residence; and (c) then, the Defendant stolen the Defendant by inserting minccot amounting to KRW 6 million at the market price owned by the victim, who was suffering from the cresh of the beer room, in a shopping bag.

On August 16, 2013, at around 02:45, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s credit cards (G) holding the victim’s ownership at the back of the 254-17 Changdong Center in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul; (b) at the back of the 254-17 Changdong Center; and (c) at the back of the 200,000 won of the market price, including one bank credit card (G), one resident registration certificate, one cash, and 30,000 won of the market price

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. The defendant 1-B

At around 02:45 on the same day as the stated in the port, the victim I, who is located in H building 102 of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, purchased one of the Oral land bean amounting to KRW 2,850 in the market value, and used the stolen credit card by settling it with the bank credit card in the name of the above F, and acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by removing the payment of KRW 2,850 from the payment of the goods.

B. At around 02:54 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 1 bottled from employees N to KRW 53,00,000, the Defendant used a stolen credit card by settling the price of the goods with the credit card of 53,000 won, and acquired a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount from the payment of KRW 53,000.

C. At around 02:58 of the above day, the Defendant purchased KRW 1 disease 54,00 and KRW 40,000 from Q convenience points operated by the victim P on the first floor of the O building in Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and stolen as above by paying the said amount by the credit card of the bank, while purchasing KRW 54,000 and tobacco (e.g., the window 17 years) to employees R.
