Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On 191, Defendant B: (a) heard the end that “the upper debt, the head of which is responsible for the right to sell a housing site in the Changwon-si, is transferred to Q from Changwon-si, on March 15, 1991, to a person who was killed in the first half of 191, in order to obtain the right to sell the housing site in his name,” and (b) transferred to Q from Changwon-si around 15, 191.
However, the defendant was living in Msan at the time, which was a disguised transfer to receive compensation for resettlement in relation to the O development of Changwon-si.
Nevertheless, P, as if the defendant was living under the bonds of the building located under Q after serving as the chairperson of the deliberation committee on the compensation of migrants, was paid KRW 9,295,00 on June 15, 2004 from the Changwon-si, the injured party, and the defendant was selected as the person eligible for the sale of the general preferential resettlement housing site around December 28, 2004, and then received KRW 4,528,250 on August 9, 2007 as the moving expenses for moving expenses, and on July 26, 2010, sold the RR housing site in Changwon-si under the name of the relocation housing site at KRW 61,439,760 on the sale price.
As a result, the Defendant conspired with P to deception a public official in charge of creative viewing as above, and received KRW 4,528,250 from the Changwon-si, the victim, who is the victim, and received the sale of the said R’s housing site.
2. Defendant C transferred to S around June 3, 1996 at Changwon-si.
