Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a restaurant (food service) in the area of Suwon-si.

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall not make a false indication of the country of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion therewith.

Nevertheless, during the period from September 12, 2012 to September 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased each of 36,000 kg of Chinese Chinese quag from Ansan-si, Ansan-si to 36,000 won; (b) from Gyeyang-gu, Incheon-si to 384,000 U.S. swine batteries batteries; and (c) purchase each of 60 kg of U.S. rice from zine to 90,000 won of Chinese quag; (b) double Korean quag and 22 kg of kimchi; (c) Chinese quag of Korean quag of S. Ambrombbrom; (d) 20 kg of U.S. rice b0 gg of Korean marg of rice mixed with domestic flag for sale to customers; and (d) sale of rice to 0 mar-in domestic customers: 10 m.
