1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,967,722 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from February 13, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the Plaintiff and the Defendant loaned KRW 24 million to the Defendant on January 20, 2015, and paid KRW 28,397,459 in installments for 60 months from February 20, 2015 to January 8, 2020, with the interest calculated at 6.9% per annum (or 24% per annum), and agreed to lose the benefit of time when the Plaintiff was unable to receive payment for two consecutive months from the Defendant; thereafter, the Plaintiff was not paid the above loan from November 9, 2015 to September 27, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the outstanding principal 10,967,722 won and the damages for delay at the rate of 24% per annum from February 13, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the instant payment order.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
