Punishment of the crime

On July 2016, the Defendant became aware of the victim B through the introduction of the branch.

1. The Defendant, on October 14, 2016, phone called to the victim on October 14, 2016, saying, “If the Defendant borrowed KRW 3 million as expenses are required for selling curios at home, he/she would sell curios and make reimbursement one week thereafter.”

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 3 million from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (E) account in the name of friendship C, his or her father and wife on the same day.

2. On April 22, 2017, the Defendant heard the victim’s speech that “I want to sell Cheongdong Soldiers during the period when consideration is given,” and false statement was made to the victim’s house located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, stating that “I would purchase Cheongdong Soldiers in the period when consideration is given to I would purchase Cheongdong Soldiers within one week from the victim’s house at around April 22, 2017.”

However, even before fact, there was no fact that the South Korean National University G was that the defendant would purchase Cheongdong disease.
