Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 19, 2016, at the upper point of “E” operated by the victim D in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, 16:53 on November 19, 2016, the Defendants contained two of the market price equivalent to 34,900 won, which the victim neglected his/her care, and displayed at the same place, and then put the Defendant’s bank in the body of the Defendants with the top seat without CCTV. Defendant B added the above coffee 2, etc. used by the Defendant A, etc. to the Defendant’s bank. Defendant A, while Defendant A settled in cash at the calculating team, he/she stolen the remainder by carrying it out of the Defendant’s bank without paying the remainder.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the property owned by the victim.
2. The theft of Defendant A;
A. On May 7, 2016, at the upper point of “E” operated by the victim D in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, on May 15:10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting two trokes equivalent to 5,000 won in the Defendant’s bank prepared in advance, and holding them out of the calculation unit without paying any settlement.
B. On August 7, 2016, at around 15:59, the Defendant: (a) placed the Defendant’s bags prepared in advance for a height of KRW 1,000 at the market price in the same manner at the places described in the preceding paragraph; and (b) cut off the Defendant’s bags without settling accounts at the calculation unit.
(c)
On February 2, 2017, at the place described in the preceding paragraph at around 18:59, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Defendant’s home, who prepared one kle at the market price of KRW 3,750 in advance, and stolen it out of the calculation unit without settling the account.
